AKO BICOL Rep. Alfredo Garbin, who is also the House Deputy Minority Speaker, interpellated in the Committee on Justice hearing on Senator Leila De Lima’s linkages to the drug trade in Bilibid.
Rep. Garbin refused to let his request go unheeded, asking the Committee to provide House members with all the pertinent information before proceeding with the hearing.
