AKO BICOL Rep. Rodel M. Batocabe attended the HelpAge Asia-Pacific Region Conference on The Economic Implications of Ageing last September 6-8, 2016.
Along with other delegates from the Philippines, Rep. Batocabe joined stakeholders from various sectors all over Asia in a forum to discuss how ageing affects our health, our workforce, our income as a nation, and our markets.
With his newfound insight and perspectives on senior citizens, Rep. Batocabe and AKO BICOL hope to create active ageing societies where our more senior members of society can still contribute with their expertise and limitations.
