AKO BICOL Party List conducted this year’s clean-up drive at the Naga River on Saturday, September 3, 2016, in preparation for Bicolandia’s biggest and grandest celebration of the feast day of Our Lady of Peñafrancia on September 17, 2016.
This community clean-up drive is an annual event that brings everyone together for a collective purpose- to maintain the cleanliness of the Naga River where the annual fluvial parade takes place and thousands of devotees and pilgrims across the world come together to honor Bicolandia’s ‘Ina’ (Mother) for her unending love and guidance to all the Bicolanos.
