Cong. Rodel M. Batocabe of AKO BICOL Partylist visited the Sorsogon Marginalized Children’s Development Center (SMCDC) Inc. (Formerly SHALOM Foundation) last June 6, 2015 and assessed the library to be established in the center.
Batocabe also gave school supplies such as notebooks and papers to the students for them to utilize in the opening of the school year.
